First Incident
Free Dakota is a victim of legalized child trafficking for political equity and this is what I am doing to free her back to her family. Instead of a CPS investigator following through with the help we needed CPS ignored poverty for neglect. On 11/08/2021 the school nurse, Britney Lee Prichard, am LVN at Groesbeck ISD Texas, State License #210814 exp. 1/23, ncsbn #20921483 had made the call to Texas Dept. Of Family and Protective Services for medical and physical neglect. Well guess who knocked on our door, State Investigator Candace Elizabeth Pendleton. Having nothing to hide we let her in and answered all questions, and the full house inspection including all of the cabinets, drawers, 2 deep freezers, refrigerator and pantry. All the while back video recording everything. Now Dakota was kept home that day so the Investigator saw her then. Typical questions then my daughter showed the Investigator Dr. office reciepts and prescriptions, she wanted to know if we had any prescribed medications so she took pictures of those as well. Needless to say a letter dated 11/29/2021 had cleared us of any neglect and case closed.
Second Incident
On May 11,2022 the school nurse called and told Dakota's mom that she's having issues with her rash saying nothing about her calling CPS also stating that she didn't need to be picked up from school. Dakota and siblings got home from school that day things went normal. That evening Dakota was treated for the allergic reaction from laundry detergent with her prescription topical antibiotic rub. The same the following morning along with bandage on the clearing sores.
So now we are at May 12, 2022. This day will change our lives forever. Moreover, the unbelievable incompetency in the State of Texas.
Well, you guessed right, the Investigator came back around. Candace Pendleton showed up for her soap box announcement and proceeded to film everything and everywhere closets rooms fridges and freezers drawers cabinets toilets and trashcans. I said to no myself she needs to work for DEA or the FBI. Before the fun started we each did the mouth swab drug test. She then wanted to talk to the three of us separate and would you know we each said The same thing. It was the same thing all over again. Head lice, not, it was the pieces of the scabs she scratched. Then the sores, they, the school nurse and the state investigator, had her remove her bandaids and bandages and to squeeze the puss and blood from her sores. They had her remove clothing pose and just completely destroyed this child. Hey people you are next believe it or not.
Anyway we did not know this was happening. During my interview/interigation talking about her teeth and how it was going to cost thousands of dollars, she asked me if we needed help and I said "Yes we needed help, desperately". Without missing a beat she said "Too late, I have already called an ambulance to have her transferred to the hospital ER". Well now I know what the dark side is, where shadows from the past come to life. I am a Viet Nam/Cold War era veteran, currently being treated by the Dallas VA for PTSD. They pushed some bad buttons yet I am still in control. Let's go to the next level. The Investigator asked if there were any family that Dakota could stay with and I suggested my Son in Laws parents and they were more than willing to. They did not get her there until three something the following morning. A whole lot of unbelievable you think. Well that's right, because they are not honest and in the State of Texas with a 2.something billion dollar budget they break the law everyday and you can't do anything. I dare you to. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well for or against you it is.
On May 16, 2022, my daughter and her husband were served by Deputies to appear in Court the 77th District Court on May 23, 2022 at 9am in Groesbeck, Texas for an emergency hearing. So now here is where the assembly line of justice begins. You have coercive plea bargaining. Non-guardrail Judgement of Rights, Gratuitous cruelty, accountability is not justice. The Supreme Court says no license to discriminate.
For state stuff or concerns go to the state guys like in our case would be Senator Charles Schwertner and Rep. Kyle Kacal, but don't waist your time, they won't even tell you to kiss their behinds. I already tried. I even tried to file a complaint with the USDOJ, they are too overwhelmed. So I am trying to put this website together and let you know what is going on so be prepared if your children are in public schools. Well nothing out of the ordinary at the hearing except the lawyers for the defence did not show up, they are worthless anyway, just like the case workers and investigators, supervisors that demand at least 25 to 45 children removed from their homes a month, yeppers, there is a quota.
The judge at the hearing said that they needed to go to classes. And come back in a Year or so.
The see how your doing Court date was July 14, 2022. They employed a very pricey lawyer and the other ones where all on zoom, stupidity in motion, The judge, appointed lawyers said they were not familiar with the case. The lawyer for Dakota, the so called lawyer for the state is Beth Toben. So they rescheduled for next month. Unbelievable, this much incompetency in the United States today. The case worker dropped by around 915pm two nights ago and was met by my daughter on the front deck and she would not let her in, the case worker had her 3 year old in the back seat of her non running car with all windows up. Sun was down but the temp was around 95 degrees. The Investigator is known to have her child in the car all day also. The case workers name is Sybill Burrell.
Last but not least, a thing called C.A.N.s is a destructive learning/teaching/grooming atache that they are introducing to your children like they are Dakota is telling them that you are not good parents and cannot take care of them. Top it off with the parents say you are not White. Dakota is Caucasian, not that it matters. I have a lot of information to share with you I will get to you as soon as I can.
